@user_oow5q1 When did you place the order? If you've already placed the order they are typically sent and fulfilled by our warehouse teams within the hour. The quickest option to get equipment would be to visit your local Xfinity Store and have them provide you with the appropriate equipment. This would avoid waiting for the shipment of equipment that has already been placed.
