SiriusXM link not working

My SiriusXM All Access 4-month Xfinity Membership benefit shows Active, but the SiriusXM redemption page says “We’re having issues fulfilling this request.” The redemption link does nothing. Please escalate this to the Xfinity Membership team and have them issue me a new UNIQUE SiriusXM redemption link.
