Slow website

Your website is a quarter of the speed of 99% of the web. I am a web developer and can 100% confirm it is on your end. I will be looking for another service since Xfinity/Comcast isn't agile or customer forward. Thanks.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

This is not a connection issue. This is the Xfinity website being so slow, it takes me about several minutes from going to xfinity.com to finally have downloaded my monthly billing statement.

This has been going on for years, and like everyone at Comcast, nobody cares about the customer.

Not only is the website slow, regardless of what internet service I'm using, it is also the un-intuitive, buggy, and broken.  I have to submit bill expense reports for my company each month and I dread going to this website and trying to find the bill.  It times out, there is no direct link to prior bills, and is a nightmare.  It's been this way for a few years now and for some reason no developers at Xfinity/Comcast seem to worry about the pile of dung their website is.
