Smart Resume

Smart Resume stops too early. Have called 4 times on this issue. Same thing every time. They troubleshoot and say they will put in a ticket. And I hear nothing. Have had this problem since the beginning of when I got Xfinity in 2024. I pay for DVR and still not working right.

Just to be sure, you've confirmed that the program(s) experiencing this particular issue with resuming too soon are eligible for Smart Resume as seen here? This feature isn't available for all programs and networks, but if something wrong is happening with a program that it should be available on, we can take a closer look and troubleshoot as necessary, even getting our backend/engineering team involved if possible.

Yes, i am seeing that issue on all programs eligible for smart resume.
