Sneaky Xfinity
Really don’t even know if I can trust them anymore. Was offered this great deal, free Hulu free Disney+ and a lower bill if I switched my mobile phone service to Xfinity.. Didn’t see a change in my bill so I gave them a call agent was telling me they didn’t see any offers activated so I was lied to just so I would switch my phone service to Xfinity. That is some sneaky stuff. Straight up lying. luckily, everything was recorded in the chat and it’s gonna take 48 to 72 hours to get resolved but still why do I need to call and tell them they lied to me..lying to customers just to make a mobile service sale is not right at all..
*Update* and since my last post got deleted.
Waited 3 days and never got a call back..the agent I spoke with the 1st time told me she “escalated” my complaint and I would get a call..the complaint was never sent up to a higher up was all lies again so had to complain again..the deal never existed free Hulu,free Disney+ and a monthly bill of $102 NO CONTACT just switch you mobile carrier to us. I really thought I could trust Xfinity since I’ve dealt with this company for 8 years with no issues until now I’m already a customer been a customer really no need to lie to me and pull this sneaky stuff. Totally made me look at this company from a different perspective I will be looking for a trustworthy company i can switch over. Not a great sales tactic if you ask me their just looking to expand their mobile services and their throwing their customers under the bus for it..not happy at all with Xfinity they sure showed me how dirty and sneaky they can be
