Somebody got hacked.
OK. So my Xfinity internet went out today, April Fool's Day no less! Just took a dump. And when I tried to re-connect I was taken to WOW Internet's webpage to "ACTIVATE MY SERVICE"! Oh boy! Except there's absolutely no reason to be on WOW's webpage. It looks like all traces of Xfinity's internet service has been erased. Weird. Anyone have a similar experience?

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
