Someone cancelled my Internet! How come that's possible!!?

Comcast allowed an unauthorized person, who wasn’t the account holder, to call in, access my account, and cancel my service without my consent. As a result, my internet disconnected in the middle of an important meeting, forcing me to restart my service from scratch. When I reached out to customer service, they were clueless and unhelpful, offering little support or solutions to address the issue. Instead, their main focus was on reminding me of an upcoming bill due in 10 days, completely ignoring the security breach at hand. This experience has revealed major security flaws in Comcast’s verification process, and it leaves me very concerned about the safety of my account information.

Folks, be cautious when dealing with Xfinity
