Hello, @user_tszbt5

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

We do not send email request for private messages on this platform @user_tszbt5 I would check to see if that is from a trusted URL. What you can do for assistance with the account cancelations is following the instructions above to send us a private message in the forums.

I am receiving messages from Xfinity that you are going to cancel my email allegedly because I have not been in it for two years. Actually, I go on it every day and have done so for 24 years.  I think the problem is that you are calling my account [Edit: Personal Info] when it is really [Edit: Personal Info] I have a modem code with a 74 in it, but not an email account. I need help before they eraadicate all of my email.

@arioch61 Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can answer your questions about the Xfinity Email account. You can use your Xfinity Email address if you logged in to your account using our direct site in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. Your email account will remain active if you access it using the Xfinity Email website at least once every nine months. If you use a third party mail client to access your Email, it will not keep the Email account active.

Are you currently an Xfinity customer or are you still using an Email from having an account with us in the past?
