Speak to a live agent

I am trying to get on the phone with someone but this xfinity assistant keeps taking me down a path of questions that has nothing to do with my issue. Can i please request a callback or something

My wifi strength and all are fine. But I recently upgraded to the newer router you guys requested and since I did I am not able to access certain sites on my computer that require geolocation checks.

it would be a lot easier to explain the issue i am having on the phone with someone but that seems impossible.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
