speak to an agent
I need to speak to a live agent - no way with assistant
I am getting 1/2 the internet speed that I am supposed to. Online Assistant has no way to enter that. I need to speak to a live agent and not go around in circles.

Hey user_9sb72v - thanks for reaching out to us. I understand your concern and I understand how frustrating it is to have internet issues. There can be many factors into the speeds you're receiving. Are you testing on Wi-Fi and if so, how far away are you from the modem?
