Speed not reflective of current plan

Hello,

I recently updated my plan to 2000Mbps, but it is not reflected in services within the app. It shows "Gigabit Internet. Download speeds up to 1.2Gbps" which was the speed from previous plan.

Tried to get a hold of an agent, but keep getting the runaround!
I have a multigig modem that is capable of 2.4Gpbs.
