Statement

Hi

i’m having an ongoing issue with every customer service from Xfinity mobile because they are not able to send me a statement for my Xfinity mobile account. I also went To the Xfinity store because I was told they will be able to help me with my statement. I need a statement from November 7 when they collected $277 for that bill up to November 29 When I paid off my cell phone.  I need this information for my tax reasons and my accountant assured me that it shouldn’t be an issue because this information is supposed to be stored up to 18 months because it’s an FCC rule.

Hello @user_d2o0jj, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

@XfinityChelseaB

I really don’t understand this form. so confusing because the Xfinity person that replied, said to click on the button in the top right corner for a direct message, and I cannot find the button for a direct message.

user_d2o0jj Good morning, thank you for reaching back out. I think the first step has been skipped. You will need to sign in first to see that icon to send a Direct message. Please see the steps.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Hi and thank you for the response. But I need a summary statement Around October 30 up to November 29 when I paid the Remaining balance for my phone. So I paid $350.16 on November 29 and I need a statement showing  The amount for the cell phone and usually in the  statements, it will show the remaining balance for the phone right under the amount the phone cost. So it would show something like this on the statement.

1199.00 for iPhone

Remaining balance if any

Thank you for looking into this for me. This is for my mobile service. And the service address was

[Edited: "Personal Information"]. I really need to help because I’m under a time limit to submit the paperwork that I need. Thank you

user_d2o0jj I understand the urgency and that deadlines for paperwork can be stressful. I want to make sure you get exactly what you need to show that your iPhone is paid in full. Since you are looking for the specific breakdown showing the $1,199.00 original cost and the remaining balance after your $350.16 payment, the best place to find this is in your past billing cycle or your Device Installment details on the Xfinity Mobile portal.

Here are the simplest steps to find that information:

Steps to Find Your Statement

  1. Log In: Go to the Xfinity Mobile website and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Activity: Click on the Billing tab.

  3. Choose the Date: Look for the statement period covering October 30 – November 29.

  4. View PDF: Click on "View Bill Details" or "Download PDF." * Note: The PDF version is the "official" paperwork you likely need. It usually lists the device payment details on the second or third page under the "Devices" section.

If the monthly statement isn't clear enough for your paperwork, you can find the specific Device Payment Plan summary:

  • In the Devices tab, select your iPhone.

  • Look for "Device Payment Plan details."

  • Because you paid it off on November 29, it should now display the Total Sale Price ($1,199.00) and a Remaining Balance of $0.00. You can print this screen as proof of buyout.

Privacy Tip: Since this is a public forum, please be careful not to share your full service address or account number in your posts!

I hope this helps you get your paperwork submitted on time! Please let me know if you have any questions along the way.
