@XfilookingnityRaul​ can you tell me the status on my order of a tv box, it's been about a week or so but I can't find where it in, will you check on that please!! I have just been getting the run around and they told me to contact xfinity assistant but still no luck, help

Hello user_ib5ln7! I'm sorry that you haven't received the TV box yet. Typically, once an order is placed the TV box would arrive within four business days. I will check the system to see what is causing the delay. Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? I will dig into things from there.
