@XfilookingnityRaul can you tell me the status on my order of a tv box, it's been about a week or so but I can't find where it in, will you check on that please!! I have just been getting the run around and they told me to contact xfinity assistant but still no luck, help
Hello user_ib5ln7! I'm sorry that you haven't received the TV box yet. Typically, once an order is placed the TV box would arrive within four business days.
