Stay connected while moving. A bunch of [Edited]!!

Moving to a new apartment in the same complex. Went on Xfinity website and made a service transfer scheduled for 08.22.2025, received a new router in the mail on 08.16.2025 all good so far. I wake up today 08.17.2025 to no internet connection so i go on the Xfinity website to find out that the service for the apartment I'm moving out of is inactive but active for the apartment I'm moving into, remember it's only 08.17.2025 so someone with a trigger happy finger decided that 2 people working from home don't need an internet connection for a whole week. They say STAY CONNECTED WHILE MOVING maybe in another dimension that would be true. Good luck getting around the AI on the phone line to speak to a human. I feel like the movie Idiocracy is becoming a documentary rather than a science fiction.
