Still charging after cancelling twice

I went into a store in August to cancel my service before I moved. I still got charged at the end of August. I scheduled a call back and had a phone call on September 8, was assured my service was cancelled. My bank account was charged again on October 6th for $53 for a service I've cancelled TWICE. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO GET AWAY FROM YOU PEOPLE?!
