Still No TV Service

The customer service at comcast is the absolute worst I have ever had with a company.  After 30 years I am actively looking for another provider.  If you think your "chat" [Edited: "Language"] works.  Good luck keeping customers.  3 days of hours on with live agenets changing every other minute, nothing has been resolved, nothing!!!! Still no tv service. [Edited: All Caps]

jillson1 since you have already contacted us without a resolution please send us a direct message, so we can get your Xfinity cable service working properly. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
