Stolen Gateway delivery

Hi,

I recently moved into a new apartment and signed up for a Xfinity plan. While I was waiting for my gateway to arrive, I had to travel unexpectedly. According to FedEx, the package was delivered while I was away, but when I returned the next day it was missing and appears to have been stolen. Is it possible to get a replacement with no additional cost?
