Store manager of xfinity store contacted me after my follow up survey and accosted me about my review
The store manager at a store that I left a 3 of 10 review at called me on my personal cell phone on a Sunday afternoon and was confrontational about me review. He was almost scary. Did not say hello when I picked up was angry that I left a review like that. He said why did you leave my store a 3. I feel uncomfortable that he has my information now. He was intimidating. I had no idea that xfinity would provide this feedback to a man who would then call and accost me for my honest review. I want to file a complaint I tried calling the hotline he told me he doesn’t know how to file a complaint. I am now here trying to find out how I can file a formal complaint. It is totally unacceptable to have a store manager contact and confront someone who left an honest review.
