Student Offers

Hi

I'm trying to access student offers for Xfinity Wifi, however I keep getting sent to the standard plans whenever I click the "Shop Internet" button on xfinity.com/students. I don't even get a chance to fill in my info or verify my student status.

How do I actually access the student offers or at the very least find out if it's available in my area?

To get started can you send us a DM with your name and address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

As I've been trying to sign up for an internet plan, I've found that my account keeps signing out throughout the entire process. I haven't even been able to verify if my plan subscription (including the shipping for the self-installation kit) has gone through at all. I keep getting emails as if I have an account, but whenever I go to verify my phone number or try to create another Xfinity ID, I get the following message.

This information doesn't match our records

Try again or contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help you.

If someone could please help me figure out why this is happening and whether my wifi subscription plan went through or not, I would greatly appreciate it, as I don't want to attempt to accidentally set that up twice.
