I have had my Xfinity services go out 2 times in the last week and the outage map shows the same location is out again. Why can’t this be fixed  and stay fixed

@XfinityLinda​ Yes, they are back up but it seems to always be the same spot on the outage map that is where the damage is. There have been reports of vandals doing damage and how do you stop that?
