I am an Xfinity customer.  I also serve on our HOA board.  My neighborhood (23 homes) has a number of the old cable boxes that have been crushed or otherwise damaged/destroyed.  I would like to have them repaired or replaced.  How can I make this happen?  Perhaps they could be replaced with the ground-level or in-ground boxes that are currently used.

Please advise.

user_illxlm Just to make sure we are on the same page when you state "Old cable boxes" you don't mean TV Cable Boxes such as what connects to a TV in the home, but you are speaking about the equipment that is outside, most of the time painted green. Is that correct?

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
