Taking payment out for disconnected mobile service

I don't have mobile service with Xfinity..they're charging me for an watch i don't have..no activation. Claim was filed and closed.The service is shown as disconnected and refunds from xfinity. Multiple conversations with Mobile support,all saying " it's taken care of" and I won't have this problem again .Still having the problem .

user_csf0u2 Thank you for your response. Please move to DM to provide your personal information. Here are the instructions below. Please let me know if you run into any issues. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon 
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
