I'm having the exact same problem. I keep getting looped around from the online voice assistant who keeps sending me text messages that don't resolve my problems. It shouldn't take me over an hour of my day to attempt to contact Xfinity when I'm paying for the service. This is horrible customer service and after an hour and two phone calls, I'm still not able to speak to someone to resolve my problem.
