I HAVE MADE THIS POST THREE TIMES NOW BC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS WEBSITE SUCK
I rely on the Free WiFi connections in my area to use the internet. I cannot get residental wifi at a business address. A few months back it started becoming unreliable and unstable for hours at a time. It has since gotten MUCH WORSE. I was lied to when I magically managed to talk to a real person who told me it was just "routine maintenance" and that it would be a few days max.
WRONG. It has been months and now it goes out for days at a time and it has severely impacted my ability to work from home thanks to it's constant instability. FYI I should not have to fight with a machine for an hour just to be hung up on by said machine.

This has been my exact experience. It’s been happening since August 12th and I can’t get a single person on the phone. I’m seriously just considering calling WFSB News and letting them see all the text of the outages going back to August 12th and the number of times I’ve called and have never been able to get anyone on the phone. It’s shockingly unprofessional.
