Tech appointment
For over a year and a half we have requested the line into our house to be fixed. We pay $550 a month to have dropped signals every 30 minutes. Everything is run through WiFi. In January someone came out and looked and said “oh nobody has been fixing the line. They have been lazy and have Been running new temporary lines You need a completely new connection. Since it was winter they said it would have to wait until march. So we waited. A tech was schedule 4x and each time they said “ I can’t fix that” bc I’m not getting on a ladder. Yet you still expect to be paid every month. We need a [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]tech to come fix this issue. Now I called and spoke with someone who said I need to pay $100 to have a tech come fix something they messed up in the first place due to lazy techs. Customer since 1985!
