Tech support- CANCEL MY WIFI

It seems impossible to cancel WiFi service with Xfinity / Comcast!

I have had service for years and transferred to a new location.

now I must cancel due to a move and no one is helpful in customer service.

Can you please help?

user_972aef, hello there and thanks for reaching out regarding your concern. I totally understand your frustrations and I am here to help out. I hate to see you leave, but I know moving can be a ton as well. Before proceeding, do you have any Comcast/Xfinity owned equipment that needs to be returned? Internet gateway, TV equipment, or Flex/XUMO streaming box(s)?

Yes, I have an Xfinity router and a storm surge battery back up. (Internet only account)

My wifi account # - (EDIT - Personal Information)

I can return the equipment to the Xfinity store nearby.

How should I proceed?
