Technician Appointment
I've recently purchased Xfinity Now Internet service. The Gateway will not connect to the internet and I've checked the cable lines running out of my house and they are disconnected. I need to schedule a service technican to come out and fix them. I've tried using your assistant and the chat feature keeps getting an error code when I try to schedule service.
