Technician Appointment

I've recently purchased Xfinity Now Internet service. The Gateway will not connect to the internet and I've checked the cable lines running out of my house and they are disconnected. I need to schedule a service technican to come out and fix them. I've tried using your assistant and the chat feature keeps getting an error code when I try to schedule service. XfinityGabriel. I've already tried all of those options. The Xfinity Assistant App does not allow for you to book a technician appointment. I'm stuck in an endless loop of selecting the date and time and it just states Try Again. How do I get a technician appointment? I've been trying this for days now. If I don't get an appointment I'm going to cancel.

user_zfsmpm, Hmm. That is strange that this loop is happening. We would surely hate to see you go. I would like to pull up the account and take a look at whats going.
