Technician never showed up x2

I’ve been a customer for many many years. I just bought a new home, and I wanted to continue to have Xfinity as my service, but the process has been a pain. I went to the local Xfinity store twice, and they told me a technician should be out here in 2-5 days. It’s been almost three weeks now. I then contacted Xfinity via phone, and they told me to go to the Xfinity store. I probably won’t be going a third time and will have to make the switch over to gloFiber.
