Technician recklessly disconnecting my floor Internet

I would like for the technicians to really asses what they are doing. It took me a YouTube video to find out that while the technician was servicing another floor that they unplugged several cords that led to my floor. Yes, it was a easy fix but the problem stands that if the technician is unsure if the Internet affects the the floor they are servicing to at least reconnect the connection.

I have upcoming online assignments and I cannot have mistakes like that happening.

I work all week long and can't be fixing a technicians mistake.
