Hey @user_ufqikp, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Do you have access to the Xfinity App? Within the Xfinity App, you should be able to see the pending appointment, but also if the appointment has been delayed due to outside factors. Do you show the appointment is still active or has been cancelled?
