Temporarily pause service

I am looking for a short-term, like a few days, way to pause my service. This might sound mean but my son is being an idiot and I want to teach him a lesson. I see the seasonal or military pause, I need to know if there is a way to pause it for like 3-5 days.

I am happy to help you explore your options to interrupt your connection for your child for however long you need. With our Xfinity App you can manage the people in your home and their Wi-Fi devices. In the Wi-fi tab of our app you can see all the devices connected to your Internet, If you select the device they are using you can pause it for however long you desire.
