Temporary cable across the street for 6+ weeks

It was determined over July 4th weekend that the main underground cable feeding the distribution box behind our house was bad.  They installed a “TEMPORARY” cable from behind the neighbor's’ house across the street to the back corner of our yard.  It has been damaged and repaired multiple times over the past few weeks and the facilities have been marked twice.  When can we expect this repair to be completed?  Our patience is wearing thin.

Hey there user_gnu8r4! I work from home and need my service working smoothly to do my job, so I can understand your frustration. Typically, our temporary lines get buried within two weeks, so it sounds as though something must have been delayed. You're in the right place for help and we'd be more than happy to take a closer look.
Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get started!
