Temporary line disconnected

We had an appointment June 10. ,2025 to fix the temporary line that was placed a year ago. The line is the same temporary line that somehow got disconnected. The next available appointment is June 29,2025. I should not have to wait 5 days for the service to be restored. Can this matter be resolved quickly.
