Temporary Orange Cable Across my Yard since May 2!

Literally 6 people have come out and looked at the orange cable across the entire yard and said "we will contact a supervisor/person to bury this" and nothing. I even have a work ticket number. I have called, and requested someone come out and bury this wire as it is a hazard. It has been since May 2nd, that is over 6 months with this hazard in my back yard! Please help!
