Terrible Customer Service Experience
I just had one of the worst experiences with Xfinity phone support. I spent over an hour on the call and got absolutely nowhere. The automated system is beyond frustrating — it keeps asking endless questions and makes it almost impossible to reach a real person. When I finally did, the agent couldn’t even complete a simple task like activating my new SIM card. I tried calling back, but it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person again. I’m extremely disappointed and exhausted after this whole process.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
