Terrible customer service

Xfinity has the worst customer service I have ever seen , I guarantee a grocery shop would do well off better then them . I try contacting a representative agent but the virtual assent won't connect me to one and it doesn't even give me the options to solve the problem I have . Instead it asks if I want to make a payment and what not. And asks me if I give her permission to send me a link to chat with a even customer service chat bot . And she sends it sometimes even if I reject . Xfinity has changed my plan from 10.00$ to 15.00$ a month without my concent or permission , it was well over 4 months ago and when I fixed it , I just realized from the mail I got that they have changed it again without my permisson and they have changed my plan from 10.00$ to 15.00$ and know they want me to pay 45$ + shipping fee's for 3 months for a service I didn't even ask for , conclusion Worst customer service I have ever seen...

Good evening user_jj7agp, thank you for taking the time and reaching us here on our Xfinity Forums.  You mentioned that you're now being charged $45 for 3 months of service, which would track if the bill is $15 per month. How were you not using the services? Were you away from home at the time, or was the service not working as intended? If the 2nd one, did you reach us to come out and fix things?

Any changes to your bill will be found on your billing statement a month or two before it goes into effect.  You should read your billing statement every month to stay informed.
