Terrible customer service

Everything is fine as long as it works. However, when you actually need to speak with a customer service representative, it takes far too long and resolves absolutely nothing. I received an email from Xfinity xfinity@account.xfinity.com stating:

"Your Xfinity Mobile promotion will expire on…

Here are the details:

Expiring promotion: promo bill credit

This promotion will be removed from the following mobile line:…"

When I contacted them about it, they told me it was spam.

I eventually requested to speak with a supervisor, but that didn't happen either—I was just told someone would call me back. I only hope the changes announced in that email don't actually take effect. If they do, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and they will definitely hear from me. Relying so heavily on AI for customer support has made their service completely inefficient and impersonal.

Hello @user_xxld6a We'd be happy to double-check the account for any expiring promotions. What do you have for mobile currently?
