TERRIBLE INDIAN CALL CENTER
I called to cancel services at two addresses on sept 18. service was only cancelled on one address. I have been on the phone for 6+ hours today with the most unprofessional people I've ever met. In all of my years, I have never had customer service employees lie to me, yell at me, hang up on me, say something and then tell me I'm hearing voices. (this actually happened). I just want to be done with Xfinity and get my money back for things I was not charged for.
