Terrible Service

I remember this use to be a great company , easy customer support actual help with complaints or issues now im just Getting spun around to a outsourced company in India .. I’ve been having the same ongoing issue with representatives promising me my payment arrangement has been set and my services would not be interrupted yet my services ALWAYS disconnect before the payment arrangement or the guaranteed date .. I work from home this company has cost me SEVERAL write ups with no care or solutions the rate im going I won’t even have a job to pay my bill the representatives offer no real support and have terrible attitudes because they act as if your the problem for wanting the service your paid for .. one representative just completely lied about her id number to ensure I could not escalate this has been a ongoing issue and I honestly wish I would have went with another provider I’ve been on the phone 2 hours still no resolution the same thing happened yesterday then it’s no way to raise a formal complaint I have to go to this forum and wait god knows how long to get actual help this service is terrible .
