Terrible, terrible customer service

3 hour phone call and all they do is transfer me from agent to agent. If I ask for a supervisor the supervisor gets on the phone says one minute then transfers me back to a normal rep.

I would avoid xfinity at all costs. This has to be the worse company with no accountability.

Instead of focusing on my issue they try to sell me more plans or a cellphone plan. Embarrassing.
