Text messages and bill for equipment I have already returned

I have discontinued my Xfinity service and returned the only piece of equipment I had, but I have been receiving text messages saying that I need to return equipment and today I received a bill for unreturned equipment.  I already returned the equipment, and on the returns page in My Account it shows that it was received. I need the text messages to stop and the bill to be reversed.

Please send us a direct message when you have a chance, so we can help. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
