The assistant keeps saying my moden and internet is in progress but it’s working

The assistant keeps telling me my moden and internet rest at is in progress when it’s not. I just want to speak to a person. I’m getting nowhere with the automated system. Please, I’m am so upset and this is stressing me out.

If the modem is online, this is likely an issue with the Xfinity App itself. Can you try uninstalling/reinstalling the application?

user_piilry, To confirm, have you uninstalled and then installed the app again? Also, If you log in to the website directly via a web browser, does it always reflect the same thing?
