The cable from the box on the stret to my home is damaged - how can I call Comcast to have it fixed?

The cable from the street to my house is damaged. It was poorly buried under half an inch of dirt and it got damaged. I have an empty utility conduit 2in in diameter buried 2ft deep and I would like to use that one. Can a COMCAST employee come out and run a new cable, while checking the strength of the signal with the spectrum analyzer? The support robot chat on the xfinity website is really dumb

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
