The cable needs to be moved from an old pole to the new pole on my property August 29,02025

In 2021 I have been dealing with this problem.  Now to finish this I need someone that has a "bucket truck" to come and transfer the cable from the old pole to the new pole. I have slacked in contacting xfinity for a year.  And within the year I had 4 technicians come to my house and said they can't do anything.  Yesterday, August 28,2025 was the 5th technician that couldn't do anything.  I've explained on the phone so many times that I don't need a technician.  Technicians contact their boss and things get dropped.  I would like for this to be solved asap before the pole does damage to mine and neighbors' property.
