the cable wire is down, automated system tells me I can't report it whole there's an outage.
The wire is visibly down and in the bushes. I need to report it. The artificially stupid service system won't let me report this while there is "an outage". the tree that took out the electrical wires also took out the cable.
This takes bad customer service to a whole new level.
