The tale of 2 xfinity stores. Arvada on 52nd and Thornton on 88th. 

I entered the Arvada store today the 27th of Feb 2026 around 11am. I asked for help with a bad phone with a battery expanding issue. The csr an older bald man took me to task about the phone and it's propriety. He argued with me about the phone being an xfinity

purchase which it was. After 5 terse minutes of discussion a he said/she he said he couldn't deal with the issue even though I was nice to him.  So I took my phone and went to another xfinity store in Thornton arriving about 30m later same day. I went in and talked with the csr, Paul, who listened to me and my plight. Within 5m he had it fixed and I left that store very pleased. Arvada my own neighborhood store was not able to assist and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. On the other hand Paul from Thornton store was helpful, assisted me successfully and pleasantly. So thumbs up👍 to Paul at Thornton store and a thumbs down 👎to my normally helpful Arvada store (not this day)! Thank you for listening!
