The worst customer service in the world

I have been trying for hours to get a live agent to speak to me on the phone your computer will not connect cannot talk to a live person constantly wanting to text me instead of talking to me I want to talk to a human. I pay my bill every month on time I've never ever been late and I expect that when I need services they should be available you can't even have a human answering the phone or coming to the phone or anything you want to text constantly this is [Edited: "Language"] and I cannot stand it I'm not dealing with this frustrating [Edited: "Language"] anymore. I'm shopping for other internet services right now I will not be paying into you treating people like they don't matter.

No and the agent that it took hours to talk to was rude as well. I'm so sick of people thinking this kind of treatment is ok. Without us customers you wouldn't have a job!! Just do better people!?
