The worst customer service in the world
I have been trying for hours to get a live agent to speak to me on the phone your computer will not connect cannot talk to a live person constantly wanting to text me instead of talking to me I want to talk to a human. I pay my bill every month on time I've never ever been late and I expect that when I need services they should be available you can't even have a human answering the phone or coming to the phone or anything you want to text constantly this is [Edited: "Language"] and I cannot stand it I'm not dealing with this frustrating [Edited: "Language"] anymore. I'm shopping for other internet services right now I will not be paying into you treating people like they don't matter.
