Theft

Ive been a long time customer of Xfinity. Ive always felt they were misleading and deceptive in most ways but you got the best product. They have overcharged me for 3 years now for my cell phone bill. I have 2 cell phones and was charged for 3. I found this out almost a year ago and contacted them and asked them to fix this. They fixed one month and continued to charge me for a 3rd line for this past year. I contacted them multiple times and there was something wrong with my sim card. All managers i have spoken to refuse to refund me the money even after admitting guilt. They wont even refund me since last may after I informed them of the issue. It seems like theft to me. I will NEVER use comcast/xfinity again and i urge you all to do the same. My new goal is to lose them as many customers as i can. So please come join me in my fight against Xfinity.
