There is an orange cable in my backyard
I got Wi-Fi installed back in March 2024 and the technician mentioned someone from the maintenance team will come and cover up the orange cable in the backyard but no one ever showed up. Can someone help me?

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I am here with similar problem, I have been waiting from August 2024 till now Oct 2024. No team is coming to install underground cable but state department people come on time and marks as per expectation, but other vendor who has to bury the line does not show up from last 2months after many calls, visits to store. Wanted to raise a complaint as the cable lying on my backyard and neighbors backyard. As a long term customer, I am trying to continue with xfinity but it looks like xfinity does not care about existing customers. Even they are simply accepting if I want to go return and go with other provider. Anyway, getting to a new provider is easy. Posting it here to see if it gets resolved shortly otherwise I will move to other provider shortly.
