There's no customer service
You'd think a company with such vast resources would have a viable customer service department. They've out- sourced to over seas call centers, and try to get customers to use a useless automated system. I've spent an hour a day for the last 3 afternoons
trying to resolve a basic issue. It was resolved for one day, and inexplicably reversed the next day. There are too many options out there, and most are 1/4 the price of xfinity. I'm done.

Doesn’t surprise me! I was on a text chat due to voice being out and they transferred me to 4 different people and all 4 said completely different things.
